Bernardsville Republican Municipal Committee Sets Candidate Screening Meeting Date

Bernardsville, NJ; February 10, 2020—

The Bernardsville Republican Municipal Committee has scheduled its candidates screening meeting March 11, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the BHS Community Room. At the meeting the Committee will be screening candidates to fill the two Borough Council seats that are up for election this November. The BRMC will endorse Republican candidates for each of these positions.

The names of these endorsed candidates will be forwarded to the Chairman of the Somerset County Republican Organization for inclusion on the ballot in the upcoming June Primary Election.

“We seek individuals who will diligently work in order to keep our municipal tax burden as low as possible while delivering greater services to the residents.” BRMC Chairman, Karen Gardner said. “We continue to evaluate qualified residents who come forward and are interested in serving our community.”

The BRMC is reaching out to interested registered Republican Bernardsville residents who are interested in screening for these important positions. Please contact Chairman Karen Gardner at if you are interested in screening on March 11.

The Bernardsville Republican Municipal Committee is comprised of male and female elected representatives from each of Bernardsville’s seven election districts. These Committee members promote the political philosophy of the Republican Party, assist in the election of qualified Republican candidates for public office, and provide for an active Republican voice in local, county and federal governments.
